Who is responsible for the site

This website belongs to SFIYA, a visual artist based in Montreal. Person responsible for the website and for personal information: Safae Mounsif. For any question about your personal information: contact.sfiya@gmail.com.

The information collected

The only form on the site is the contact form. It asks for your name, your email address and your message. This information is sent by email to the artist, only to answer your request. It is not stored in a database on the site and is neither sold nor shared with third parties.

The site uses no audience-measurement tool, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

What is stored in your browser

If you close the small news box on the home page, the site remembers this choice in your browser (local storage) so as not to show it to you again. No personal data is kept there.

External services

• Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Your IP address is then sent to Google so that it can deliver the fonts.
• Hosting: the site is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps technical connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) to keep the service secure.
• Instagram: the link to the artist’s Instagram account takes you to a third-party site, which has its own rules.

How long information is kept

Emails received through the form are kept in the artist’s mailbox, to answer your request and follow up on the exchange. They are not deleted automatically: you can ask for them to be deleted at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your information, its correction or its deletion by writing to contact.sfiya@gmail.com. In Quebec, you can also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information.
